Why when I meditate I feel like my body is swaying from side to side?
When I meditate it feels as if I am on a boat, sometimes I can feel my eyes looking back and forth through my eyelids almost, am I like crazy or something lol. Please help me. And does anyone know any websites that have good meditation music and buddhist lessons for mp3 download. Thanks again.
also is there like a buddhist bible, I can’t find any mention of one or anything but are his teachings written down in a book, i have a few buddhist guides for dummies and stuff like that but is there a holy buddhist book idk, im young no hateful answers please 
It’s a sign of very deep relaxation… at that point, you can also make your body feel as though it’s floating. Very cool feeling! lol
One of my favorite cds to meditate to is Awahoshi Kavan’s “Lunarian”. (She is the daughter of one of my neighbours in Nebraska… gave me the CD when I graduated High School) She creates music that incorporates a singing chant and uses crystal bowl vibrations as the sound-base. It’s beautiful. One of the tracks is meant as a “chakra meditation” as well.
If you’re looking into books on/about buddhism, I’d highly suggest anything written by the current Dalai Lama. I respect the man so very much.
