i’m 14. my mom wants me to volunteer for the nursing home. i help out with exercising. i looked up some chair exercises. they can’t go walking or do anything outside the nursing home so it has to be inside the room. would yoga be okay? i’m familiar with yoga considering i’m in yoga courses but i don’t want any injuries or sue cases since i’m not a registered yoga instructor. i would ask my older sister what she did since she used to do this at my age as well. however, she wasn’t too thrilled since she accidentally signed up for exercising instead of communication therapy or whatever so she probably made it boring. lol this is so exciting but i’m a little nervous.
