We focus primarily on the eternal teachings of Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is an ancient practice that can be translated to “sun/moon” yoga, or the yoga of balance. We want to guide you in the process of learning to integrate basic principles of postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation to unite the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of your being.

While our teachings are derived from Hatha yoga, we believe that in the 5000 years of yoga history, no single style of self awareness and enrichment has all of the answers. Therefore, we do not place restrictions on what our teachers can instruct; as long as you are provided with a safe, healthy, and beneficial practice. In addition to different styles of yoga, you may also see elements of Tai Chi, Qigong, pilates, mantra, or just about anything else. We want our teachers to use all of their life experiences and practices to benefit you.

With us, you will gain knowledge of essential tools to aid you in grounding, relaxation, and self healing. You will learn how to pay attention to what your body, mind, and spirit are telling you.

Our classes are open to all levels and abilities, from beginners to advanced students. We offer a variety of class types and times to accomodate your busy schedule. Our school is based in the Central Valley in California and we teach at several locations in the local area.
